The Ship Inn is a traditional country inn, situated half a mile on the southern edge of the picturesque village of Coniston in the heart of the Lake district.
Our cosy oak beamed bar serves a selection of Real Ales and is where you can relax and enjoy good food and a drink or two in front of the log fire.
The Ship Inn is an ideal base for exploring the fantastic Lakeland fells Including the Coniston Old Man, 2633 ft high or perhaps a gentler walk down to the lake or Tarn Hows.
